The following Terms of Service ("ToS") governs the use of www.admitfive.com ("AdmitFive", "website") as provided by Admit Five Technologies. ("AdmitFive," "we," or "our").
Description of services
AdmitFive acts as a reseller to those who are promoting or otherwise providing events ("Promoters"). An Event Promoter may list one or more events for sale on AdmitFive which is subsequently viewable as a page ("Event Profile") on the website by potential attendees. (In this agreement, all visitors to an Event Profile, whether having the intent of registering or not, will be referred to as "Attendees"). AdmitFive will purchase all listed tickets from the promoter, with payment to be made fourteen (14) days after the start of the event. The Promoter agrees to purchase from Admit Five any tickets to the event that are not sold at the time AdmitFive remits payment to the Promoter and at the price that AdmitFive purchased the tickets.
Refunds, exchanges, and cancelations
AdmitFive will process refunds, exchanges, and cancelations at the request of the Promoter only. There are no refunds or exchanges unless specified on the Event Profile page or agreed upon by the Promoter. Attendees wishing to receive a refund or exchange must contact the Promoter directly. The Promoter agrees to abide by their refund and exchange policy. The Promoter agrees to compensate AdmitFive for all refunds and associated fees processed on their events. The Promoter also agrees to comply with any laws or regulations relating to cancellations and refunds in their jurisdiction.
Contact information
It is the responsibility of the Promoter to keep AdmitFive informed of the Promoter's current contact information. AdmitFive will provide this information to Attendees upon request and may display this information in various locations on the website.
Disputes
Any disputes, comments, or questions related to the events, Event Profiles, or Promoters must be directed to the appropriate Promoter. AdmitFive may from time to time assist the Promoter and Attendees involved in a dispute. All disputes must be resolved by the Promoter.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold AdmitFive and its affiliates, and each of AdmitFive's and its affiliates' respective officers, agents, employees, contractors and principals, harmless from any loss, liability, claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the Site.
Chargebacks
A chargeback occurs when an Attendee asks their credit card company to remove a charge for an event admission from their credit card statement. In this case, AdmitFive will contact the Promoter. It is the Promoter's responsibility to resolve any chargebacks made against purchases for their events. The Promoter agrees to compensate AdmitFive for any chargebacks and associated fees which may occur against the Promoter's events.
