At AdmitFive, we respect our users right to privacy. To that end, we are committed to being open about our privacy policies and practices. If you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to contact us.
Information we collect and how we use it
- Email addresses - Your email address is collected when registering for an event. We do not share this information with anyone other than the event organizer.
- Your name and address - You may be required to enter your full name and a billing address when registering for an event. Your name may be shared with the event organizer, but your address will never be given to a third party.
- Credit card information - If you choose to pay via credit card, some of your credit card information is kept by AdmitFive for a reasonable amount of time. This is done in the event of a billing error. This information will never be shared with anyone, and will be securely removed from our system once it is no longer needed.
Information security
Your personal data is stored on our servers, where we take appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorized access or alteration of it. This includes both internal and external reviews of our security practices, regular audits of our system, and careful screening of the personnel who have access to your data.
